Our Team
Bond Motor Works is a family-owned and operated establishment run by Alex Bond, a certified Master Technician with over 20 years of experience working on luxury German automobiles. Alex has completed automotive, diesel, and industrial technology studies and is a 2004 BMW STEP Program graduate. With a passion for German cars, he has dedicated his life to providing high-integrity, detail-oriented repairs to his community at a fair price.
Tomas Ballesteros
Tomas’ fascination with BMWs began at 13, when his dad brought home a rusted 1981 BMW 320is and told him, “This will be your car one day.” From that moment on, most of his time was spent in the garage, tinkering with the E21 and imagining what it could become. Those early years cemented his respect for German engineering and mechanical precision.
Tomas carried that grit and passion into starting a business, sourcing BMW parts from local suppliers and repairing the electronics that commonly failed. That work grew into a trusted resource for enthusiasts and shops alike. At BOND, Tomas brings that same dedication and problem solving mindset to everything he does, helping ensure these cars continue to be properly cared for and genuinely enjoyed.
Ryan Fowler
With over 20 years of experience in automotive repair and diagnostics, Ryan is committed to delivering ethical, high-quality service. His background includes factory training with Toyota/Lexus and BMW, followed by roles as an all-makes reconditioning technician, foreman, and manager, where he focused on precision and technician development. Ryan is excited to join the Bond team and support Alex in providing exceptional repair and maintenance to the European car community in Central Texas.
